European GPU Price Index — Which Country Pays the Most?

How the index is calculated

• For every GPU model with at least one in-stock listing in two or more EU countries, we take the cheapest in-stock price per country (converted to EUR using daily ECB rates for SEK).
• The continental price floor for that GPU is the cheapest country-level price across all tracked stores.
• Each country's premium for that GPU = (country price − floor) ÷ floor, expressed as a percentage. The country that owns the floor scores 0%.
• The country's headline number is the average premium across all GPUs comparable in that country — so countries that frequently set the floor score lowest.
• "Wins" counts the number of GPUs where this country has the cheapest listing in the EU. "Most expensive" counts the opposite.
• 145 of 153 tracked GPUs were comparable across 2+ countries on this run. Updated every 30 minutes.
