2. What Data We Collect

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not collect any personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required for this. See Vercel's privacy documentation.

Price Alert Email Addresses

If you sign up for price alerts, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we store.

• Lawful basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
• Purpose: Sending price drop notifications for GPUs you subscribed to
• Retention: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Sharing: Not sold or shared with third parties

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any alert email, or by emailing us at hello@pricesquirrel.com.

3. What We Don't Collect

• We set no tracking cookies
• We do not use advertising networks
• We do not build user profiles
• We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints

4. Third-Party Links

Product pages link to third-party retailer websites (Alternate, Coolblue, LDLC, Azerty, Mindfactory, Amazon). When you click through to a retailer, you are subject to their privacy policy. We have no control over data collected by those sites.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU resident you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

6. Data Security

Email addresses are stored in a database on a VPS located in the EU. The server is access-controlled and not publicly accessible beyond the API endpoints required to run this service.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
